The Urology Resource Centre recognizes that dealing with a diagnosis, or a possible diagnosis of prostate cancer is a very personal and difficult experience.  The information provided on this website is meant to help you better understand this disease, as well as benign diseases affecting the prostate, and the possibilities for treatment that are available to you.  

We have many resources in our centre available for your use, including videos, books, articles and pamphlets.  A one-on-one pre-surgery consultation is also available with a qualified nurse professional. 

We can’t make a treatment decision for you, but we can provide you with the facts, answer your questions, and give you the support you need to feel confident that you have all of the information required to make the best decision possible.
